Automation & AI for small businesses in Prague

AI and automation that remove real work: chatbots that answer from your own documents, content pipelines, and CRM or booking automations that run while you sleep. Quoted per workflow from CZK 20,000, with honest advice on where AI helps and where it does not.

Automation should remove work, not add a thing to babysit

Most “AI for business” pitches sell a feeling: install this, and the work does itself. Then you spend three months maintaining a bot that answers the wrong questions and a “content engine” that produces text no one wants to publish. The tool became the job.

We start from the opposite end: which specific, repetitive task is costing you hours every week? A good automation is boring. It quietly moves a form submission into your CRM, sends the reminder that stops a no-show, drafts the reply you were going to write anyway. You notice it only by the time it gives back.

Where AI actually helps, and where it does not

We would rather talk you out of the wrong automation than sell it. Here is the honest version.

AI is genuinely good at:

  • Answering repetitive questions from your own documents (opening hours, policies, “do you do X”).
  • Drafting a first version: an email reply, a product description, a summary of a long thread.
  • Sorting and triaging: tagging inbound messages, routing a lead to the right person, flagging what needs attention.

AI is still bad at, and we will not pretend otherwise:

  • Anything where a confident wrong answer costs you money or trust. A bot should hand off to a human, not improvise a price or a promise.
  • Replacing the judgement of someone who knows your business. It drafts; a person decides.
  • “Set and forget” on high-stakes work. The automations that safely run unattended are the plumbing ones, not the ones talking to customers about money.

The unglamorous truth: the automations with the best return are rarely the “AI” ones. Connecting your booking form to your calendar and sending a reminder saves more money than any chatbot.

What we build

  • Chatbots trained on your own content. A widget that answers real questions from your pages, documents and FAQ, in Czech, English or German, and hands off to a human the moment it is out of its depth. It belongs on a fast web app, not bolted onto a slow site.
  • Content pipelines. Draft-stage automation for product descriptions, listing text or routine emails, so a person edits instead of writing from a blank page. Draft, do not publish: the human edit stays, the same discipline behind our copywriting and SEO content.
  • CRM and lead automations. Form to CRM, auto-tagging, instant notifications, follow-up sequences: the plumbing that stops leads leaking out of your inbox.
  • Booking and reminder automations. Reservations into your calendar, confirmation and reminder messages, no-show reduction, review requests after the visit.
  • Small internal tools. A spreadsheet that updates itself, a report that arrives every Monday, a hand-off that used to be a copy-paste ritual.

How we build it, and how we prove it

These are sector showcase builds: we develop each automation against a realistic small-business scenario (a clinic, a restaurant, an e-shop), measure it, and show you the numbers before you commit to your own.

  1. Audit. One conversation about where your week actually goes. We list candidate automations and, honestly, rank them by return.
  2. Scope. You get a fixed price per workflow and a plain-language description of what it will and will not do, including the fallback for when the AI is unsure.
  3. Build and connect. We wire it into the tools you already use (your CRM, calendar, inbox, website) rather than asking you to migrate to something new.
  4. Measure. We record the before and after: minutes saved, no-shows cut, response time. If a workflow does not pay for itself, we say so.

What it costs

Automations are quoted per workflow, from CZK 20,000 for a single, well-scoped automation (a chatbot on your site, or a form-to-CRM-to-reminder chain). Most small businesses start with one or two, then add more once the first has earned its keep. Ongoing running costs (AI usage, hosting) are usually a few hundred crowns a month, and we give you the real number before you sign, not after. See the pricing page for how we structure it.

Who this is for

Clinics drowning in appointment questions, restaurants losing tables to no-shows, e-shops with hundreds of descriptions to write, any small business where the same task eats the same hour every day. If you are not sure whether AI is right for your case, that is exactly the conversation we like: browse the portfolio to see how we approach different industries, or tell us about your workflow and we will reply within 24 hours with an honest recommendation, including “you do not need this” when that is the truth.

Frequently asked questions

Will AI replace my staff?

No, and anyone promising that is selling you something. AI is good at drafts and repetitive answers, not at judgement or trust. In practice it removes the boring part of a job (the first draft, the tenth identical question) so your people spend their time where a human is actually needed. We size automations to give hours back, not to make anyone redundant.

Where does AI actually help, and where does it not?

It helps with answering repetitive questions from your own documents, drafting a first version of an email or product text, and sorting or routing inbound messages. It is still bad at anything where a confident wrong answer costs money or trust: a bot should hand off to a human before it invents a price or a promise. We tell you which of your tasks fall on which side before we quote.

Is our data safe, and where does it go?

We prefer setups where your data stays in tools you already control, and we tell you exactly which AI service processes what before anything is connected. For sensitive cases we can keep the automation limited to your own systems. You get a plain-language description of the data flow, not a black box.

What does an automation cost?

Automations are quoted per workflow, from CZK 20,000 for a single, well-scoped one. Running costs (AI usage and hosting) are usually a few hundred crowns a month, and we give you the real number before you sign. Most businesses start with one automation, prove it, then add more.

Can you connect it to the tools we already use?

That is the usual job. We wire automations into your existing CRM, calendar, inbox, e-shop or website rather than asking you to migrate to something new. If a tool cannot be connected cleanly, we say so and suggest the smallest change that makes it work.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe your situation and we will point you to the right option, even if that means telling you not to buy from us yet.
