Questions
Is it safe to put company data into ChatGPT?
It depends on the plan and settings. According to the providers’ terms, business plans of ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft 365 Copilot do not use customer data to train models by default; that may not hold for private accounts. We check your plan and settings and write rules on what to share.
ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude?
Copilot makes sense when the company lives in Microsoft 365. ChatGPT and Claude are more general and often stronger with text and code. We recommend based on your systems and tasks, not on one vendor.
How much does the roll-out cost?
The first consultation is free. Set-up and training are offered at a fixed price after the consultation. Licences are paid directly to the provider. A custom AI agent starts at €5,000 excl. VAT.
What is the difference between ChatGPT and an AI agent?
ChatGPT answers or writes text when asked. An AI agent works on its own: it reads an email, looks up data in your system, prepares a reply or document and sends anything with consequences for approval. More in What is an AI agent.
