What we cover in an AI consultation
We do not start with technology but with the work that costs you the most time today. Only then do we check whether AI can do it better.
Process map
We list repetitive work: email, orders, invoices, customer questions, reports. For each we estimate volume and the time it takes today.
Where AI saves most
We pick one to three processes with the best balance of benefit and risk. Typically email and process automation, invoice processing or customer support.
Choosing the tool
Sometimes a well set up ChatGPT or Copilot for the whole company is enough; sometimes you need a custom AI agent connected to your systems. We recommend the cheapest option that really does the job.
Data and security
We decide which data AI may see, where it runs (EU or your own server) and what a person must approve. We also cover your obligations under the AI Act.
Cost and payback
We estimate the one-off price, the monthly AI model cost and the time saved. Prices come from our public pricing, not a bespoke quote.

Questions
How much does AI consulting cost?
The first consultation is free. A follow-up audit or other work is billed at a fixed price after a written scope, or at €25-49 per hour excl. VAT. An AI agent for one process then starts at €5,000 excl. VAT.
How is this different from a big consultancy?
The consultation is run by engineers who build and operate AI agents themselves, so we test our recommendation with a working prototype within 3 working days instead of another presentation.
Do we need our data ready?
No. Show us how the process runs today and share a few sample emails, documents or exports. We tell you at the consultation what else is needed.
Will you tell us if we do not need AI?
Yes. For some processes plain automation or a better procedure is cheaper. We say so openly, even when we earn nothing from it.
Do you consult in English?
Yes, in English and Czech, in person in Prague 2 or online.
