What is agentic AI?
Agentic AI is artificial intelligence that completes tasks on its own instead of only answering questions. It breaks a goal into steps, uses tools such as email, a CRM or a database, checks the result and continues until the task is done. What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers. An agent acts: it looks up data, updates a record, sends a message and finishes a task with several steps.
Can an AI agent handle customer support and email on its own?
