Copywriting & content in Prague

Website copy and SEO content written by native speakers of Czech, English and German: text that reads naturally, carries your offer and ranks on Google and Seznam. From CZK 1,500 per page.

The words are the part people actually read

A beautiful layout gets someone to stay for a second. The words decide whether they book, call or leave. Yet on most small-business sites the copy is the last thing anyone thinks about: a paragraph pasted from an old brochure, a translation run through a free tool, three sentences that could describe any company in any city.

We treat copy as the product it is. Every page has one job, and every line either moves the reader toward that job or gets cut. That is as true for a homepage as it is for a single product description.

Written by native speakers, not translated

Prague sells to Czech, German and English speakers, often on the same website. A German guest can tell within one sentence whether your page was written for them or fed through translation software, and clumsy German costs you the booking just as surely as a slow page does.

Our copy in each language is written by a native speaker of that language, from your brief and your facts, not translated from a Czech original. A Czech page sounds like it was written in Czech. A German page sounds like it was written in Munich. The three versions carry the same message and the same offer, but each reads as if that language were the only one you speak. This is the same principle behind our multilingual web design: a language version is a rewrite, not a copy.

Copy that reads naturally and ranks

Good web copy has two readers: the person and the search engine. Most agencies pick one. Keyword-stuffed text ranks for a week and reads like a robot; elegant prose that never mentions what you sell ranks for nothing.

We write for both. Before a single line, we map each page to what people in Prague actually type into Google and Seznam, then write text that uses those words the way a person naturally would. Headings, meta titles and descriptions are part of the job, not an afterthought. If you want the full technical side handled too, that is our SEO service; copywriting is where the two meet.

What we write

  • Website copy: homepages, service and product pages, about pages, landing pages, the text that carries your whole site.
  • SEO articles and blog posts mapped to real search demand, so each one has a reason to exist beyond filling a feed.
  • Product and category descriptions for e-shops, written to sell and to rank, not copied from the manufacturer.
  • Rewrites of tired or translated text you already have, kept in your voice but sharpened.
  • Microcopy: buttons, forms, error messages, the small words that quietly decide whether someone finishes or gives up.

How we work

  1. Brief. One conversation, or a short questionnaire, so we understand your customers, your offer and the words you would never use.
  2. Structure. We agree what each page needs to say and in what order, and where it matters we map it to search demand.
  3. Draft. You get the copy in a clean document, page by page, ready to read aloud.
  4. Two rounds of revisions are included on every project, so the final text is genuinely yours.

If we are also building the site, the copy flows straight into the design and you approve each page before it goes live.

What it costs

Web copy starts at CZK 1,500 per page for a standard service or product page in one language, and less per page on larger sites. SEO articles start at CZK 2,500 each. A full set of pages in three languages is quoted as one fixed price before we begin, never by the hour. See the pricing page for the full breakdown, or send us the pages you need and we will quote them.

When copywriting is part of a website project, it is already included in the site price; you are not billed for it twice.

Who this is for

Restaurants and hotels that need to sound as good in German as they look in photos, clinics and law offices whose tone has to earn trust, e-shops with hundreds of descriptions to write, and any business whose current text was translated once and never touched again. Browse the portfolio to see how we write for different industries, or tell us about your project and we will reply within 24 hours with a plan and a fixed price.

Frequently asked questions

Can you write in German and English too, not just Czech?

Yes. Copy in each language is written by a native speaker of that language, working from your brief, not translated from a Czech draft. A German reader should never be able to tell your business runs mainly in Czech, and with our copy they can’t.

Isn’t this just my Czech text run through translation?

No, and that’s the whole point. Translation carries words across; it rarely carries tone, rhythm or the small idioms that make a page feel written for you. We write each language version from scratch so it reads as an original, then make sure every version carries the same offer and the same facts.

Will the copy actually help me rank?

That’s half the job. Before writing, we map each page to the terms people really search on Google and Seznam, then use those terms naturally in the text, headings and meta tags. Copy alone won’t fix a slow or badly structured site, so for the technical side we pair it with our SEO work, but words written this way give search engines something worth ranking.

How much does copywriting cost?

Web copy starts at CZK 1,500 per page in one language, with the per-page price dropping on larger sets, and SEO articles from CZK 2,500. You get a fixed price for the whole job before we start, never an open hourly meter. When copy is part of a full website build, it’s already included in that price.

Can you rewrite text we already have?

Often that’s the fastest win. We keep what works, cut what doesn’t and sharpen your voice, whether the original is an old brochure, a machine translation or a page a previous agency left behind. Send us what you have and we’ll tell you honestly whether it needs a rewrite or a fresh start.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe your situation and we will point you to the right option, even if that means telling you not to buy from us yet.
