Couples plan on the sofa, on a phone, usually late in the evening, with four venue tabs open at once. They want three things fast: to see the space, to know whether their date is free, and to understand what it costs. The venue that answers all three before the thumb gets tired wins the enquiry.

Most wedding and events sites in Prague lose here: a photo gallery that spins for ten seconds, a price section that says “on request”, and an enquiry form buried three taps deep. This showcase demonstrates the opposite. The gallery loads in AVIF only as you reach it, starting prices sit in plain sight, and a short enquiry form is one tap from anywhere on the page.

Decisions worth copying

• Show the price, or at least the starting point. Couples filter by budget before anything else. “Price on request” quietly loses the message you never receive. An honest “from CZK 25,000” pre-qualifies the enquiry and builds trust before the first email.
• A gallery that loads, not one that stalls. Forty-eight photos, but only the ones on screen ever download, each in AVIF at its display size. That is how a deliberately photo-heavy page still opens near 240 kB on a phone and reaches Largest Contentful Paint in under a second.
• An enquiry that reaches the inbox. A short form (date, headcount, contact) lands in the owner’s inbox in seconds, with no portal to log into. All of it in Czech, English and German with correct hreflang, so a search for a wedding venue in Prague returns the right language to the right visitor.
