The brief we set ourselves

A nonprofit website has one job when a visitor arrives ready to help: make giving take fifteen seconds, not fifteen clicks, and show exactly where the money goes. Most charity sites in Prague bury the Donate button in a menu, hide the annual report as a PDF, and run a slideshow before anyone can even read the mission.

This showcase demonstrates how we solve it: a Donate button that stays in reach as you scroll, a short giving flow with preset amounts, and an impact section that states plainly what a gift of 500 Kč actually funds.

Decisions worth copying

  • Donate in reach, always. The primary action follows the visitor down the page and sits above the fold on mobile. A supporter who has to hunt for the button is a donation you have already lost.
  • Transparency as content. Where the money goes, the annual figures and the people behind the cause are plain HTML, not a downloaded PDF. Search engines read it, screen readers read it, and a first-time donor reads it in seconds. It is the cheapest trust you can build, with honest SEO on top of it.
  • Accessibility is the mission. A charity that shuts out visitors with low vision or a keyboard contradicts itself. We build to WCAG 2.1 AA: real contrast, visible focus states, alt text, and forms that work without a mouse.

The numbers

Speed figures on this page are measured, not promised. Run the build through PageSpeed Insights yourself. That score is achievable for any nonprofit site we build, because it comes from the architecture, not from optimisation heroics afterwards.

A mission-and-donate site of this scope starts at CZK 25,000 and goes live 2–4 weeks after you hand over the content. Want this for your cause? Start with web design or ask us directly via the contact page.
